All products are custom-made to order. The delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Estimated delivery times include both production and shipping time.

You pay a flat rate for shipping until you spend more than the free shipping threshold. See the table below.

** Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.

*** Europe includes Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Austria, Italy, Greece, Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Cyprus, Malta and Luxembourg. Northern Europe includes Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. EFTA states include Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Iceland. 

Taxes, customs and Import Duties

Prices shown for customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Australia include applicable VAT.

For customers in the United States, Canada, and other non-EU regions, taxes and duties may be calculated at checkout or charged upon import depending on local regulations.

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.

After your purchase

Orders are typically sent to production shortly after purchase. Our supplier has facilities in the US, Canada, Europe and Australia. Regional fulfillment centers around the world reduce transit times and lower shipping costs and emissions.

Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. You can track your package with the Shop app.
