Refund policy
No returns or cancellations because of personalization
All our canvases are custom-made and personalized specifically for you. They often feature personal photos or information. For this reason, each piece is unique and non-returnable. We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accept returns or cancellations once your order has been sent, printed and shipped.
For customers in the European Union, please note that the 14 day cooling off period does not apply for the personalized canvases in this store.
However, issues with quality, damage or delivery are covered by our guarantee.
Quality guarantee in case of damage or delivery issues
We stand by the quality of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. That's why we offer a quality guarantee:
- If your canvas arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Mention your order number and send digital photos of the damaged or wrong canvas that you received, to help us evaluate the situation.
- If you suspect that your canvas is lost in transit and you will not receive it, contact us mentioning your order number. If an order has not been delivered in 30 calendar days (for domestic US or regional EU orders) or in 45 calendar days (for international orders), please contact us within 3 days. We need to report it to our supplier soon in order to be eligible for a free replacement or refund.
- In such cases, we will replace the canvas or offer a discount or refund as appropriate.
Thank you for understanding the nature of personalized products. You can contact us for any guarantee question at info@custommadegift.com.
Inspect your canvas immediately upon delivery
Please check your canvas as soon as it arrives. To qualify for a free replacement, any damage must be reported within our stated deadlines. Make sure to include clear photos of the damage along with your order number when contacting us.
Carefully review both the print quality and the frame construction. The corners of framed canvases can be susceptible to minor impact during transport, so we recommend inspecting these areas closely.
