Production and Shipping Estimates
All products are custom-made to order. These delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Estimated delivery times include both production and shipping time.
Orders are typically sent to production shortly after purchase.
Production may take up to 4 business days.
Delivery time in the US, Canada and Europe is estimated 5 to 12 days.
Delivery time in the UK is estimated 5 to 10 days.
Delivery time in Australia is estimated 6 to 14 days.
Delivery time in Northern Europe and EFTA states is estimated 8 to 18 days.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.
Europe includes Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Austria, Italy, Greece, Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Cyprus, Malta and Luxembourg.
Northern Europe includes Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
EFTA states include Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Iceland.

Taxes, customs and Import Duties
Prices shown for customers in the European Union and United Kingdom include applicable VAT.
For customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, and other non-EU regions, taxes and duties may be calculated at checkout or charged upon import depending on local regulations.
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
Custom Made Gift cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you with the carrier investigation.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the damaged product.
Packages confirmed as lost and products confirmed as damaged through photo evidence may qualify for a replacement, discount or refund under our guarantee at our discretion after review.
