AI is always evolving, so we recommend checking your preview carefully before ordering. Pay special attention to details like the eyes, paws, and facial features of your pet. If you’d like a different result, simply upload your photo again to generate a new version.
How to get the best designs
Use simple photos for best AI results
Choose clear photos with fewer people, animals, hands, and distracting objects. Avoid complex poses or several hands close together. Check faces, hands, and small details carefully in your preview.
AI upload limit
Each AI-based design allows up to 10 photo uploads. If you reach the limit, wait one hour, try another browser, or continue with another design.
If your photo is rejected
AI may sometimes reject photos because it detects possible sexual or violent content, even when the photo is harmless. If this happens, try a different photo.

I’ve ordered three products so far: two canvases and a tote bag. One canvas arrived with some minor damage to the frame, but getting a free replacement was quick and easy. Overall I’m very happy with the quality of the products.
My daughter loves foxes, so instead of a pet photo, she uploaded a picture of a fox. We love how the print turned out on both sides! The bag is a little big for her, but it’s a great size for shopping. The bag comes with a fold at the bottom.
